Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is damaged or defective, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Opened or used herbal products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Please use a trackable shipping method, as Sinchi Vida is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect products.

Damaged or Defective Products
