Do you accept returns on teas and herbal products?
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on any consumable item that has been opened. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something isn’t right, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and reason for return. If your item is eligible, we’ll provide next steps.
Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help.
How should I store my teas?
Our teas are packaged in biodegradable kraft paper bags as part of our commitment to sustainability. Because of this, it’s important to store them in a cool, dry place away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Over time, the packaging may begin to show natural wear, especially after a few months.
For best quality, we recommend consuming your teas within 3–6 months of purchase.
Are your products safe for everyone?
Our products are made with care using traditional herbal knowledge, but they are not a substitute for medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
