Returns & Exchanges
At Sinchi Vida, every product is prepared and handled with care. Due to the nature of our apothecary goods, we maintain specific guidelines to ensure quality and safety for all customers.
Consumable Products (Teas & Herbal Blends)
Because our teas and herbal products are ingestible, we cannot accept returns on any consumable item that has been opened or used. This is for safety, hygiene, and quality assurance.
- Unopened consumable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, sealed condition.
Non-Consumable Products (Accessories, Tools, etc.)
Non-consumable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To process your request, we may require:
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
This helps us resolve the issue quickly and improve our quality control. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
Opened consumables and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
